Section 96
Claims must be clear
(1) When filing a complaint, the plaintiff must clearly state what kind of claim has been made and the basis and evidence on which such claim has been made.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), a petition in which the claim is not clear and the action to be taken by the court is not clearly disclosed shall not be deemed to have been properly filed and such petition shall not be registered.
